Fashion stylist Ken Thompson secures $845,000 for Potts Point apartment

Fashion stylist Ken Thompson has sold his three-bedroom Potts Point apartment for $845,000 having listed its with $840,000 plus hopes.

The 85-square-metre unit is located on the fifth floor of the Emil Sodersten-designed art deco building.

The north-west corner apartment sold through Nicholas Tsaoucis of Richardson & Wrench Elizabeth Bay.

Its rented until September 2013 at $800 per week.
