Fitness group Functional 45 (F45) Training, whose workout style helped Hugh Jackman shape up for his Wolverine role, has opened another Gold Coast gymnasium at Southport.

F45 has leased 254 square metres on the ground floor of the Gold Coast TAFE Building at 28/30 Scarborough Street.

The lease is five plus five years at a gross rental of $63,000 per annum.

Started in Australia, F45 is the brainchild of Sydney trainer to the stars Luke Istomin and focuses on high intensity workouts.

The leasing agent was Adam Grbcic of Ray White Commercial on behalf of the Queensland government.

“This is ideal space for F45 as it is located in the Southport CBD and offers access to the Light Rail and TAFE parking,” Grbcic said.
