An hotel at the eastern Riverina town of Henty has been listed for sale seeking offers above $300,000. It went to auction last month, having been previously offered at $375,000.

The hotel is located halfway between Albury and Wagga Wagga on the Olympic Highway.

The two storey brick property at 1 Sladen Street has a land area of about 1100 square metres with a floor area of 400 square metres.

The Doodle Cooma is the only hotel in Henty.

The hotel comes with a bar, lounge, TAB and a covered beer garden. It also includes a dining room with a commercial kitchen.

The Doodle Cooma Hotel is offered for sale on a walk in walk out basis, with all trading details available on inspection and discussion with the vendors.
