Dual retail lots break $3 million at Sunshine Coast auction

There was much competition at auction for two Noosaville lots in one line and a starting bid of $2 million was brought up to a final bid of $3.3 million from a buyer just north of the NSW border.

Located at 5 Gibson Road, Noosaville both Lot 4 and Lot 5 both come with new 5 year anchor tenant leases expiring in April 2024, with an additional five-year option possible.

Lot 4 at approximately 340 sqm, produces a net income of $125,175 p.a. + GST.

Lot 4 houses seven professional offices. 

While Lot 5, at approximately 379 sqm, produces a net income of $90,893 p.a. + GST.

The assets were marketed by Ray White Commercial Noosa and Sunshine Coast North Commercial Property Consultant John Petralia.

Mr Petralia said enquiries coming from locals, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
