Situated at 271-273 on Albert Street, was leased by ESD Enterprises Pty Ltd on a five year lease term for $55,000 p.a. plus GST.
Set on 310 sqm, the agreement equates to a building rate of $177 per square meter.
The property features ground floor retail space, first floor dwelling/offices, rear ROW access, on-site parking and is centrally located 80m from Sydney Road, and 130m from Brunswick Train Station.
The ground floor will be operated as a restaurant or bar, while the first floor will host a recording studio.
