Double Bay ANZ sold for just under $10 million

The site of an ANZ bank, in Sydney's Double Bay, has sold at auction, trading for $9.8 million.

Located at 27-29 Knox Street, the holding is situated between Sportscraft and the Twenty-One Espresso. It is directly opposite the Cosmopolitan Centre. 

It comprises of 230 sqm of lettable area.

The estimated net income is $199,217 per annum, however the long term lease, held by ANZ, has a rent review date in mid-2020.

It previously traded in 1989, when it sold for $3.25 million.

Peter Krieg and Tao Shi, from CBRE North Sydney, managed the sale.
