A corner property with holding income and potential for further development in Melbourne’s Doncaster has changed hands for $4.2 million.

The properties at 1094 Doncaster Road and 2 Elvie Street, Doncaster, Vic 3108 are tenanted and have inbuilt redevelopment clauses.

Estimated fully leased income from the properties is $89,523 per annum.

The properties have a land area of 1,380 square metres. 

They are surrounded by several approved and completed residential buildings, and close to transport and a Westfield mall. The zoning is Commercial 1.

The 1094 Doncaster Road property serves as an office building, while the one at 2 Elvie Street has been converted and used as a medical practice.

The selling agents were David Minty, Sandra Peluso and Chao Zhang of CBRE along with Ben Dawson of Dawson Real Estate.
