A Don Pancho Beach resort, located at the gateway to the Southern Great Barrier Reef on the Coral Coast of Queensland, is for sale.

Situated in Bargara, a seaside town 14 km east of Bundaberg, the multi-level Mediterranean styled resort complex is rated 3.5 stars.

Set on 3,940 sqm the freehold beachfront site has a frontage to Kellys Beach, and is positioned opposite the Bargara Golf Club.

Comprising 44 self-contained units (including a 2-bedroom manager’s residence), the resort complex also features a restaurant, conference room, undercover car parking, swimming pool, BBQ area, and halfcourt tennis court.

CBRE Hotels who hold the listing stated there is "significant value-add opportunity for owner operators and developers alike," as well as a "genuine scarcity of quality beachfront redevelopment sites in the area.".

The listing notes there is potential to renovate and reposition the existing product or redevelop the large footprint and establish a new plan with modern beachfront villas or strata title apartments and sell down subject to council approval.
