The 73A Rupert Street, Collingwood, VIC 3066 suite is in a new building designed by well-known architects 'Miceli Odlfield Sinton’. 

The suite has a space of 52 sqm and comes with a private kitchenette. Other building features include showers, bike racks, security etc.

With no expense spared on fittings and fixtures, inspections will not disappoint. With 'Allpress Espresso' across the road and 'Rupert On Rupert' next door the positioning is absolutely perfect.

The leasing agents are James Doherty and Tim Bindley of Vision Real Estate.
