Darwin has the highest private treaty median house price for the month ending July 28 at $630,000 from 21 sales, according to RP Data.
Sydney follows with a median private treaty house price of $606,250 from 2,526 sales.
Sydney has the highest private treat median unit price at $498,000 from 1,685 sales, followed by Perth at $441,000 from 220 sales.
