The Darlinghurst building that homes popular American-themed restaurant Surly's, has been sold for around $4.5 million.

The freehold retail investment at 182 Campbell Street brings in a net income of $224,081 per annum.

Surly's began a 10+10 year lease in January 2015.

The three storey building with Alexander & Co designed internal fit out has dual frontages to Campbell Street and Taggarts Lane.

CBRE agents Michael Khouri, Gemma Isgro and Nicholas Heaton marketed the property, which has been sold without price disclosure.
