Crown Street, Sydney restaurant sold for $1.8 million

The site of Surry Hills restaurant FloCafe has sold at auction.

It traded for $1.8 million.

Nik Simonovic and Dillon Frain of Burgess Rawson marketed the storefront.

The property, at 481 Crown street, is currently fitted out as a 78 cover (20 external) restaurant called Flocafe.

It is just a three minute walk from Sydney's CBD.

It previously traded in 2005, when it sold for $1,155,000.
