Coogee property with McDonald's as a tenant sells for $20 million

A commercial building at Sydney’s Coogee beach has sold for $20 million. 

The freehold at 186-188 Arden Street has multiple tenancies within walking distance to all amenities.

The ground floor is leased to fast-food giant McDonalds, and the total net income is nearly $800,000 pa. 

The vendor was Shankman Holdings Australia Pty Ltd.

The selling agents were Jerry Leis and Allan Levy of Metro Commercial.

The building has the possibility to suit other uses ranging from existing commercial to residential subject to council approval.
