Two-bedroom apartments in the complex are currently rented out for $750 and $800 per week, offering a potential rental yield of around 6.2%.

The property will go under the hammer on July 6 through Nicholas Gill and Ivan Bresic of Bresicwhitney Estate Agents.

The median unit price in Chippendale is $524,000, according to RP Data.
