The 13/91-95 Tulip Street property is opposite Sandringham Golf Course, and comprises a two-level building of nearly 255 square metres.

The property is part of a commercial development, said listing agent George Takis of Teska Carson. 

"This is a well presented property in a location which benefits from easy access to the CBD, recreational facilities and proximity to Cheltenham train station,’’ Takis said.
