Commercial auctions down for week ending June 3, 2016: CoreLogic

Over the week ending June 3 there were 20 commercial auction results reported with a preliminary clearance rate of 35 percent, down from 42.6 percent the previous week across 54 results, according to CoreLogic.

In comparison, at the same time last year, 47 commercial results were reported with a higher success rate of 59.6 percent.

There were 215 auctions reported over the past four weeks, with 116 sales. Of these 116 sales, 95 have been reported with a sale price, representing $199.3 million in total value.
