Coffs Harbour experiences shortage of units as demand increases: HTW

There is a shortage of rental units available relative to demand in Coffs Harbour, according to Herron Todd White’s latest report.

The property valuation firm says that Coffs Harbour has a steady rental vacancy trend with a strong demand for new units.

This is supported by an increasing trend in new units being constructed as well as a steady volume of unit sales.

Coffs Harbour unit market is at its peak and new properties are occasionally being sold at prices that exceed their potential resale value.

A two bedroom unit at 13/27 Victoria Street, Coffs Harbour (above) is available for rent for $255 per week.

Similarly a two bedroom unit at 1/8 Toormina Place, Coffs Harbour (below) is available for rent for $295 per week.

A two bedroom unit at 5/32 Karuah Avenue, Coffs Harbour (below) has been listed for $285,000.

Similarly a two bedroom unit at 1/39 York Street, Coffs Harbour (below) has been listed for $230,000.
