A warehouse and office space in Clayton, Victoria secured $675,000 when sold by Ray White Commerical.

The 757 square metre property, with 580 square metres of floor space, was purchased by a local investor. It sold through Ray White Commercial Oakleigh's Paul RIzzo and George Kelepouris.

Kelepouris said the property was located in Clayton's industrial precinct.

“Properties within this industrial pocket rarely come to market so we weren’t surprised by the significant turnout of prospective buyers and bidders at the auction,” said Kelepouris.

“The property is less than 20 kilometres from Melbourne’s Central Business District and is an excellent and convenient location with easy access to Wellington Road, Westall Road, the Monash Freeway and Eastlink.”

The two storey office has a kitchenette and an adjoining warehouse.
