A corner development site at the junction of Main Road and Fairbank Road, Clayton will go to auction this Friday with $900,000 expectations through Crabtrees Real Estate.

The site known as 91-93 Main Road has a land area of 1,885 square metre with an older style brick workshop building that has been occupied by a motor repairer for many years.

It has a building of 388 square metre with the remainder of the level site vacant.

Crabtrees agent Casper Janholt notes that the property holds an Industrial 1 zoning.
