Chuck Bradley, the advertising industry photographer, has listed his Scotland Island retreat, Mira Vista.

He is prepared to also sell his 1950s Halvorson cruiser, Elimatta which sits at the jetty of the Richard Road property

He has been living at the three bedroom Pittwater locality for seven years with his wife Marijo, mostly commuting by tinny. Occupying a generous 690 sq m block amongst native gardens, it’s conveniently located next to Bell Wharf.

It has $2 million to $2.2 million price guidance through Andrew Blaxland at Richardson & Wrench Mosman.

Well known for his love of Polaroid, Chuck, who was born in Pennsylvania, came to Australia at the age of 21, quickly establishing his reputation as both an artistic and commercial photographer.

He has been the artist in residence at the Bradman Museum and International Cricket Hall of Fame at Bowral.
