A childcare centre in Brisbane with a new 15-year lease will go under the hammer at a Burgess Rawson auction in Melbourne on May 18.

The purpose-built facility at 3 Camelia Avenue, Everton Hills has a land area of 2,190 sqm and is licensed for 91 LDC places.

Its 15-year lease expires in 2031 with options for two 10-year extensions.

The centre earns a net income of $191,067 pa with a minimum 3 percent annual rent increases.

According to Burgess Rawson, it is a well regarded and successful child care provider with an additional centre in Bald Hills and more than 15 years experience.
