Castle Cove pips two Warrawee homes to claim week's top sale: RP Data

This week's top sale was a four-bedroom Castle Cove house that sold for $4,075,000 at its weekend auction.

The Marston Architects-designed property was the subject of a hotly contested bidding war between two bidders, who pushed the price up from $3.6 million to its sale price.

The 2010-built house was sold by Adam First National agent Neil Adam in conjunction with LJ Hooker agent Heidi King. Adam describes it in its marketing as a "symphony of style and creative design".
