Carrara industrial investment on market after 12 years

A 1.64 ha industrial landholding in Carrara on the Gold Coast is on the market for the first time in 12 years.

Located in the industrial precinct at 11 Elysium Road in Carrara, the property comes with a long-term lease to CPG Resources – Mineral Technologies Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of top 100 ASX listed Downer EDI Limited.  

The property which comprises 6,180sqm of building improvements is being offered for sale by Simon Beirne and Pat Cavanagh of Colliers International via Expressions of Interest campaign. 

“This is a fully leased investment, with a 10-year lease expiring mid 2027 plus options, and a net annual rental of $855,840 with tenant paying all outgoings excluding land tax,” said Mr Beirne.  

The site coverage is about 27 per cent and comprises multiple freestanding structures including 1,388 sqm administration building over two levels with basement car park, 599 sqm laboratory/offices, and a 4,306 sqm factory that includes workshop areas, offices, storage and amenities.

A street level carpark which features 101 bays is located at the northern and central sections of the site.
