Hope Island is set to host a new store from the famous American restaurant chain Carl’s Jr.

The store will be in the $65 million Hope Island Marketplace, which is set to open in December.

The chain is known for its burgers, chicken strips and ice cream shakes.

Franchisor the Bansal Group will open the store’s doors on December 6 at 8.30am, with an ‘eat free for a year’ voucher offer for the first 50 customers.

The shopping centre is located at the intersection of Broadwater Avenue and Mervyn Drive.

“Carl’s Jr. is a household name in America and love for the brand is growing in Australia, so we’re thrilled to have the next restaurant opening here at Hope Island Marketplace,” said developer Lennon Lin.

The centre’s opening celebration will be on Saturday 8th December from 10am.
