Capital city unit values up 4.9 percent year on year: CoreLogic RP Data

Capital growth for capital city unit values nationwide recorded an increase of 4.9 percent year on year, according to CoreLogic RP Data's Hedonic Home Value Index, March 2016.

Unit values in Sydney increased 7.3 percent year on year, Melbourne 2.5 percent.
