Canberra house market in decline: HTW's March 2017 property clock

Houses in Canberra are on the decline with homes in Mackay, Townsville and Gladstone at the bottom of the market according to the March property clock from Herron Todd White.

Houses in Coffs Harbour, Newcastle and the NSW Central Coast are top the market. 

Apartments in Canberra are currently at the bottom of the market.

Property Observer found this four bedroom home, 90 Burdekin Avenue, Amaroo, (above) on the market with a price guide of $598,000.

Another four bedroom home, 6 Waine Place Nicholls, (below) is on the market expecting offers over $769,000.
