Located at 204 Pitman Avenue, the 937 sqm property is five minutes from Mildura.

It last sold for $68,000 in 2006.

It features three bedrooms, all with their own walk-in robes, while the master has its own walk-in robes and ensuite.

The kitchen features a 900mm gas cooktop and oven, walk-in pantry, gas heating, HWS and ducted cooling.

A separate lounge is available and it could be converted into a study or fourth bedroom.

The property is offered through Brett Driscoll of Ray White for September 23 mortgagee auction under instructions from Westpac.
