Brygon Reserve Shopping Village, a shopping centre in Upper Coomera’s high growth corridor on the northern Gold Coast, is being offered for sale by Ray White Commercial Gold Coast.

The 2,156 sqm site at lot 3/1 Brygon Creek Road, consists of eight tenancies, anchored by an IGA Express supermarket.

Steven King of Ray White Commercial Gold Coast says the centre’s potential base rental income represents $369,240 per annum.

Offers close on August 6.
