Brigt takes Sydney office space through Savills

Brigt Australia, an Australian based property investment company with a head office in China, has lease office space at 133 Castlereagh Street, Sydney.

The deal, negotiated by Jamie Horton of Savills Office Leasing, comprises of 226 square metres of fitted out office space.

It was at a rental of circa $168,000 per annum net.

It was Brigt Australia’s first office premises in Australia, having had branches throughout Asia.

133 Castlereagh Street is a 32 storey "A" Grade office tower featuring column free floor plates of approximately 1,236 sqm.

Located between Market and Park Streets, the complex also features onsite childcare, secure basement parking, bicycle racks, showers, lockers and change room facilities.
