Bridge Street Rockpool restaurant premises sold

Chef Neil Perry's Rockpool restaurant premises on Sydney's Bridge Street have sold for $8.51 million through Knight Frank.

The strata retail asset is leased to Rockpool, via the Star Restaurant Group trading until 2023.

The 490-square-metre property in the historical Burns Philps, Sydney building sold at a 6.78% yield. 

The 7-11 Bridge Street building has been substantially reconstructed behind its original facade.

The Rockpool property exchanged at $17,367 a square metre, the Australian Financial Review calculated.
