An olive plantation in South Australia’s Murray Mallee region is being offered for sale under instructions from BRI Ferrier through CBRE Agribusiness.

Lameroo Station Olives is a mixed horticulture, cropping and livestock operation spanning 2,129 hectares near Pinnaroo, close to the Victorian border.

Lameroo Station Olives comprises properties known as 661 Karte West Road, Karte; 71 Netherton Road, Peake; and 5 Chandos Road, Pinnaroo. 

The substantial aggregation includes a 437 hectare olive orchard planted to various varieties, including Frantoio, Kalamata, Banea, Piqual and Manzanillo. 

Selling agent Phil Schell said 2,881 megalitres of water entitlements support the large scale horticulture operation

Registrations of Interest close August 7.
