Bondi Pizza will open its next Australian location at Broadway Sydney on November 14.

It will complete the line-up of new international and domestic retailers in the centre’s $55 million level two redevelopment.

The restaurant will have a fit out featuring a floor-to-ceiling mural painted by local Glebe-based artist, Lance Corlett.

Jeff Fisher, Bondi Pizza CEO, said that after opening its first restaurant on Bondi Beach in 2009, the Broadway store will be the seventh Sydney restaurant, with existing stores stretching from Bondi to Parramatta, including sites at Eastgardens, Brighton-Le-Sands, Top Ryde and Macquarie.

Bondi Pizza will have 480 square metre in the recently unveiled level two, which boasts a 3,400 square metre expansion.
