Blair Athol investment to go under the hammer

A Blair Athol, SA petrol station investment set on a leading corner position has been listed for auction.

Located at 367-369 Prospect Road, Blair Athol the property has a new 15 year lease until 2031, plus options to extend.

Improvements have been made including the convenience store, attached canopy and double skin fibreglass tanks.

It sits on a 1567 square metre corner site with combined 73 metres of exposure in the retail strip.

The annual rent is $140,000 per annum.

The auction is December 7 through Jamie Perlinger and Scott Meighan.

A service station operated by United in Tamworth is also set to go under the hammer.
