Best capital growth prospects expected for houses under $250,000: NAB Residential Property Survey

The strongest capital growth prospects for the next 12 months are for houses under $250,000, according to the latest NAB Residential Property Survey.

Capital growth is expected to be "good" for property under $500,000 and under $250,000, according to the survey of 300 property market participants. The higher the property price, the lower the expected capital growth, according to those who participated in the survey.
