Beacon 88 lease deal on Albert Park promenade

The Melbourne food and beverage operator Beacon 88 has secured a five-year lease for its Albert Park premises.

It is a 160 sqm retail space on the ground floor of the residential complex at 88 Beaconsfield Parade.

Beacon 88 will open a high-end eatery leased at a net annual rent of $593 a square metre.

Knight Frank agent Paul Pellegrino brokered the deal for landlord, Pentas Property Investments.

The building was designed by Omiros One Architecture with a 4th floor lap pool and sun deck, overlooking the Melbourne CBD skyline, and provide a space accessible to all residents to enjoy the Port Phillip Bay view.
