Swiss fashion house Bally will open a new marketing and showroom space in Sydney's CBD after signing a five-year lease.

Located on level four, 99 Elizabeth Street, the 146sqm suite offers views of Hyde Park.

The annual rental is $846 gross per square metre.

CBRE's Rosie Origlia negotiated the lease on behalf of landlord Tackelly No.8.

“The property is well suited to accommodate the retailer's showroom and marketing office, while the design elements of 99 Elizabeth Street are also in line with the Bally brand,” she said.
