Award winning Scarborough, Brisbane seafood restaurant up for sale

A Queensland seafood restaurant and function centre in Scarborough, Brisbane is up for sale.

The award-winning Morgan’s Seafood Restaurant is going to market through Ray White Commercial Brisbane Northside, along with the Sunset Blue Function Centre at Bird O’Passage Parade.

Being marketed through agents Robert Rey and Ellie McGovern on behalf of the Morgan family.

“Rick Morgan has built Morgans into one of the most revered seafood restaurants in Queensland,” Rey said.

The restaurant, and its Teppanyaki Room, opened in 1992 and specializes in Australian sourced, grown and produced seafood.

Sunset Blue is a function and wedding centre seating 50 to 200 people, explained McGovern.

“The centre offers a spectacular location on the stunning Scarborough Boat Harbour overlooking Moreton Bay and the Glasshouse Mountains,” she said.

The property is available via tender campaign, which closes at 4pm on 29 August.
