Japanese beauty and retail group AUBE is opening its first Australian store in Sydney, bringing its unique brand of Japanese style and hospitality.

AUBE has secured a 75 sqm retail space on the ground floor of 28 Market Street, Sydney, the heritage building between Clarence Street and Kent Street.

The property was leased off market by Ray White Commercial South Sydney’s John Skufris on behalf of Samka Pty Limited.

The tenant was represented by Tamaki Terada from Starts International.

The lease term is five years and the commencing gross rental is $100,000 per annum.

"The property offers excellent pedestrian traffic between Queen Victoria Building to Cockle Bay where many Sydneysiders have commuted this month for Vivid,” Mr Skufris said.

AUBE Hair group operates 110 beauty hair salons in Japan as well as many overseas, offering its customers the latest equipment, treatments and state-of-the-art techniques.
