Around $4 million tipped for Bundaberg shopping centre

The Bargara Beach Plaza Shopping Centre, located east of the key regional Queensland city of Bundaberg, has been listed in the circa $4 million price category.

The well-established Bargara Beach Plaza Shopping Centre is being marketed by Jon Tyson and Michael Harcourt of Savills Retail Sales.

The property comprises two detached single-level buildings on a 3,048 square metre site with a total gross lettable area of 997 square metres split over 13 tenancy areas.

Tenants include Wide Bay Australia Bank and the Queensland Government Electorate Office.
