AMP Capital lease Casula Crossroads warehouse

AMP Capital has successfully leased a warehouse in Casula's Crossroads Logistics Centre.

Hunter Express, a specialist freight delivery company, will occupy Building 3 within Precinct B.

They join other customers such as Electrolux, WesTrac, Cosentino and Versiclad at 290 Beech Road, the Crossroads Logistics Centre. 

The property is made up of 9,455 sqm of warehouse and 500 sqm of office space. 

AMP Capital Managing Director, Office & Industrial Luke Briscoe said, “Crossroads Logistics Centre has proven to be a highly sought-after facility for AMP Capital."

Hunter Express CEO Mark Hunter said, "this new facility will enable us to accelerate our growth plans and become the leading provider of specialised handling and delivery services within Australia’s $48.8 billion road freight transport industry.”

The Crossroads Logistic Centre is now all but developed, with only one remaining development site comprising 17,655 sqm.

The site is DA approved and ready to commence.

Once the final building is complete, Crossroads will accommodate approximately 90,000 sqm of warehouse and office space across three separate precincts.

Crossroads Logistics Centre is owned by investors in the AMP Capital Diversified Property Fund (ADPF).
