Thetford camping and caravan company leases Somerton warehouse

Camping specialist, Thetford Australia Pty Ltd, has signed a five-year lease on its new Melbourne headquarters.

It is in the industrial hub of Somerton. 

Thetford Australia has inked a five-year lease on the 130-132 Freight Drive property.

It comprises an industrial office/warehouse spanning 2,995 sqm.

Located nearby Hume Highway and Cooper Street, the freestanding building includes dual roller door access and ample hardstand/parking. 

CBRE’s Daniel De Sanctis and Daniel Eramo, together with Alex Gazis of National Estate, negotiated the deal.

The rental is $210,000 per annum (net).  

“Given the extremely low vacancy rate for buildings sized between 2,500sqm – 4,000sqm, we were able to lease this property prior to the landlord experiencing any vacancy, ” Mr De Sanctis said.
