A City of Sydney owned asset, located at 73-75 William Street Darlinghurst, has been offered to the market.

Located close to Hyde Park on the city fringe, the three level, 908 sqm building is currently unoccupied and zoned B4 mixed-use.

Miron Solomons, Matt Pontey and Nick Lumley of Colliers International are managing the sales campaign. 

 “This building is a complete blank canvas, which will undoubtedly attract interest from developers, investors, value-add specialists and owner-occupiers alike. We are likely to see interest from businesses such as restaurants, boutique hotels, co-working spaces or even a corporate HQ for a medium to large firm,” said Miron Solomons, National Director, Investment Services at Colliers International.
