The premises leased to the Manly waterfront Bar and Microbrewery overlooking Manly ferry terminal is now on the market.
It has been offered by Michael Gilbert and Phys Parker from Burgess Rawson.
Set on a 409 sqm land, the property at 29/43-45 East Esplanade comes with a 10 year lease till 2026, to an inhouse microbrewery and restaurant and $213,000 pa net income.
4 Pines Brewery is now owned by the world's largest beer company.
Anheuser-Busch InBev is the world’s largest brewer with over $60 billion in annual revenues selling 28% of the world's beer.
It is for sale by private treaty.
