There's now a modern Drew Cole Architects-designed home within 550 square metre landscaped gardens from Jack Merlo.

Built by his company Holland Building Developments, the four bedroom, four bathroom home has an entertaining area with a built in barbecue and a seven seat cinema and a gym.

Crowning the home, the last stop of the internal Schindler lift, is a roof top terrace with built in kitchenette.

RT Edgar Toorak agents Oliver Booth and Anthony Grimwade have an $11.52 million to $12.8 million guide.

The Holland's purchase came in 2017 around the time they sold their last project, a glass-swathed Myvore Court home which fetched $16 million, two months after it sold for $19.1 million however the Chinese buyer backed out.

The Hollands had collaborated with architect Drew Cole on several Toorak projects and an earlier residence in Hawthorn.

Cole’s brief was to design a luxury residence he describes as “living in your own home but feels like you’re on holiday."
