The 13,100 sqm property located at 980 Nambour Connection Road is described as 'fully improved' over two levels.

It is being marketed by Jason O’Meara of Savills and Markus Eames of LJ Hooker Commercial via an Expressions of Interest campaign.

Director of Savills, Jason O’Meara, said the property is currently leased to All Class Machinery until August 2020, "bringing in a steady income for the potential buyer."

There was the opportunity for the buyer to then relocate their own business into the facility once the current lease is up, Mr O’Meara said.

The property currently achieves a current gross annual income of $300,000 plus GST.
