The home of The Little Grocer in Armadale has been listed for auction.

Gray Johnson's Brett Simpson will offer the freehold property at 59A Armadale Street on Wednesday 27 February onsite at 1 pm. 

Set across two levels the 54 sqm property should attract offers in the mid $700,000 bracket, according to Gray Johnson's Brett Simpson.

The property currently leased to The Little Grocer at an annual rental of $30,367 net plus GST until March 2021.

Brett Simpson said “The Little Grocer uses the street level as a retail food store with offices above."
