ISPT unveil $75 million George Place precinct in Sydney

George Place, a new $75 million precinct in the heart of the Sydney CBD, has just been unveiled.

The precinct, owned by superannuation fund-backed manager ISPT, has linked three Fender Katsalidis-designed buildings to create a new premium office location bounded by George, King, York and Barrack Streets.

Spanning around 54,000 sqm of commercial space, Current tenants include tech giant Atlassian, TAL and EML, who comprise around 3,000 workers.

The lobby of George Place, beneath a ceiling structure integrated with a bespoke, programmable lighting concept, features ethically sourced indigenous art from the Northern Territory.

It offers a choice of meeting spaces, quiet zones, social hubs and food and bar options.

George Place is made up of buildings at 345 and 363 George Street, as well as the heritage-listed 24 York Street.

In 2006 ISPT acquired the three adjacent A Grade commercial office towers.
