A site of six amalgamated properties is on the market in Bondi Junction, with price expectations around $40 million.

Charles McKenzie and Trent Gallagher of Colliers International are selling the 2,679 sqm parcel alongside James Nixon of Belle Property through an international expressions of interest campaign.

Notably, owners Steve and Carmen Davidson have been approached numerous times to sell the site, prior to it being launched to market.

The six properties for sale in one line have an Oxford Street frontage and prominent corner location Denison Street and Mill Hill Road.

The four commercial and two residential properties are located at 45, 47-49 and 53-57 Oxford Street; 5-7, 9 Denison Street and 2 Mill Hill Road at Bondi Junction.

Trent Gallagher, National Director, Sales and Leasing at Colliers International said, “The site is surrounded by major destinations and is just 300 m from Bondi Junction’s main transport interchange and 40 0m from Westfield’s Bondi Junction Mall.

James Nixon of Belle Property said, “With B4 Mixed use zoning, this site gives investors, developers and owner occupiers the opportunity to capitalise on the land’s strong development upside and holding income.”

The expressions of interest campaign ends on the 28th of November.
