Orangetheory Fitness is signed to a long lease until 2027, with options to 2037. The global fitness industry giant has over 1,000 locations worldwide.

CBRE agents Stephen Grant, Matthew Fenn and Nicholas Heaton marketed the property.

They suggested the future Green Square development in Zetland is expected to bring 61,000 new residents and 22,000 new workers to the area by 2030.
