A Mount Isa Motel and Serviced Apartment complex has hit the market for the first time.

Located at 79-83 Marian Street, the Spinifex is being offered for sale via marketing agents Leon Alaban, Christian Tsalikis, and Peter Capps of Savills.

Sales Executive of Savills Sunshine Coast, Peter Capps, said the Spinifex Motel and Serviced Apartments offers the future owner a strong income stream.

“The diversified holding ensures security of investment, and is being offered in-one-line or for individual purchase,” Mr Capps said.

The property consists of two lots, occupying a total site area of 4,454 sqm, with Lot 803 being home to the Motel, while Lot 806 accommodates the Serviced Apartments.
